Carefully read the terms of service (terms) when using the website www.jobconvo.com (site), ie the services of Via Convo S / A (JOBCONVO), since it is the contract that regulates and recognises that you are in an agreement with the Terms and Conditions. You are entering this agreement in the name of a company or a legal entity , you declare that you are the who has the authority to connect this entity, affiliated society, and all the associated users that use the access through you account with these terms and conditions, where the terms “you” and “yours” refers to these  entity, affiliated society, and all the associated users. If you do not have authority or  do not agree to the conditions and conditions, you should not accept this agreement and  can not use the services.


Modification of the Terms and Conditions 

JOBCONVO reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of these terms at any time without notice. You should check these terms periodically for changes of  your use of the site. After posting any changes to these terms, you are agreeing to accept these changes.


The Violation of any of the terms below will result in cancellation of your account. While JOBCONVO prohibits such conduct, you understand and agree that JOBCONVO can not be held responsible for the content posted on the site and you may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the site at your own risk.



You authorize JOBCONVO, as well as its representatives, licensees, service providers and assignees, to create photographs, digital images and audio and / or video recordings to transmit, broadcast, reproduce, use, publish, display and disseminate over the internet under any name, appearance, image, voice, speech, and presentation (either in real time or as enshrined in the photographs, images, and recordings described above) for the purpose of allowing you to perform or participate in job interviews and / or conduct, or participation in the preparation or advice for employment-related interviews, and to store, reproduce, transcribe, display, edit, in whole or in part, the material described herein in pursuit of such purposes.

You agree to release and hold JOBCONVO harmless, its affiliates and their respective members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, service providers, contractors, assigns, licensees and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits and actions of any related to the activities described above, including, but not limited to, any use of video / audio recordings and digital media. The Interviewing companies acknowledge and agree that recorded interviews will be used legally, both internally and outside the JOBCONVO organization, and are not intended to cause undue harm or embarrassment to the parties involved.


To register an account with JOBCONVO you need to provide confidential and legal data such as name, valid email, valid phone number and password. It is necessary to be human and over 18 years. No accounts created by anyone without the prior consent of the JOBCONVO team are permitted. Accounts created by “robots” are not allowed. Your account is only activated after positively clicking on acceptance of these terms. Your account is personal and can not be shared with other users. Your data will remain in our database for 2 (two) years, and this period may be extended if the user is interested. At any time, the user may delete his account and all data related to it through the homepage or by requesting help from the support team.

If your account is a corporate account, you can create individual user accounts with personal access. However, you will be responsible for the activities of individual users as well as any content that occurs under your account. This includes content generated by third parties in your account. It is essential that you keep the confidentiality of your data. In case of compromise of your data, or illegal access to your account, you must notify JOBCONVO immediately through the site. JOBCONVO can not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with this security obligation.


Credit Card Payments


JOBCONVO allows corporate users to purchase vacancy packages, through payments via credit cards. At no time, credit card information is stored and/or disclosed by JOBCONVO. The entire payment process is managed by partner websites, which are the sole and exclusive owners of access to such information.
The cancellation of plans can be done automatically on the JOCONVO portal in the billing area, by clicking on the link available at the bottom of the website. JOBCONVO does not grant reversals of amounts already billed. Cancellation by the corporate user guarantees the use of the platform while the plan is in effect.



The online interview service provided by ViaConvo S / A, enrolled in CNPJ under no. 07.158.049 / 0001-16, hereinafter referred to simply as JOBCONVO, shall be used and determined solely and exclusively by the account holders. JOBCONVO does not play any role in initiating the transmission of interview content, nor does it determine recipients to conduct interviews, nor does not change or modify any information contained in interviews.

JOBCONVO does not express any opinion as to the quality or suitability of any employer or interviewee, and does not endorse any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed by users of the site. JOBCONVO expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content. Accordingly, you agree that JOBCONVO is not liable for any loss, damage or prejudice to any individual as a direct or indirect result of any information published on the site or made available through the site.

JOBCONVO reserves the right, at any moment and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its service (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. Price changes may occur after 15 days communicated by JOBCONVO. This notice may be provided either through the website or through email to account holders. JOBCONVO can not be held liable for you, or any third party, for making any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service or the site.



JOBCONVO will periodically test your site, and reserves the right to include your users in these tests without prior notice.


Right of Closure

JOBCONVO reserves the right to terminate or restrict the account of its customers or users, at sole discretion, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.

It is adjusted between JOBCONVO and its users, that any disputes or litigations involving this term will be submitted for processing and judgment before the forum of the county of São Paulo, with renunciation of any other, however privileged it may be.
