Behavior Tendencies Analysis with real data.

Behavioral analysis tools, commonly called “personality tests” are facilitators in recruiters’ decision-making.

With JobConvo, you have the 16 Personalities Tool (included) and the DISC Assessment, which can be contracted separately.

Its goal is not to narrow choices, but to gather more information about candidates to enable better selection decisions.

DISC Assessment

DISC

It is an analysis tool that helps to better understand the different behavioral patterns of individuals.

By an assessment based on four pillars, it is possible to have insights about Soft Skills and non-cognitive skills to, for example, identify how a certain professional can fit into the organization or even what they need to do to be more productive.

During the selection process, it helps recruiters with candidate selection. In People Management, it is a method of valuing employees and, of course, the work performed by the team itself.

behavior-analisis

A methodology based on the analysis of psychologist David Keirsey (from the study of psychological types by psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung) where personality variations are calculated as follows:

The analysis consists of 36 questions total, that is, 9 questions for each scale.

As the candidate answers, the system registers the letter corresponding to the selected alternative and, in the end, displays the graph with all 8 characteristics: those that are more and less predominant.

Based on the 4 predominant characteristics, we achieve 16 combinations of results.
